Location was great. We thought we were reserving a bed & breakfast, because Hillside Villa came up under bed & breakfast when researching where to stay. So, no breakfast was a big disappointment. Very clean room.

In the country yet in town. Close to everything, quiet, serene. In Berlin and only 9 miles from Sugarcreek and 18 minutes from Walnut Creek. Great shopping great food and great buys.

PRIVATE BATHROOMS! Very clean. Access to the great room and full size kitchen in addition to the having a small fridge and table in the room was great. It allows you to meet and socialize with other guests at the property. Not the same as passing people in a hotel hallway.

We were so impressed with everything. The main area was so beautiful. Our room was great. Very comfortable. When I spoke with Leon on the phone he was so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

The room was amazing, the outside views were serene. The house itself was warm and inviting. Can't say enough good about it.

It was super cozy. The coffee and tea options in the common room were great. Amenities in the basement were fun. Loved the fireplace in each room.
